Just a little review on how amazing Tom and his products are. I recently purchase the 9 inch Silent Runner and a pack of Rosehip Salad. The wheel is super quiet, smooth and sturdy. My hamster Eddie, happily runs at full speed without waking us up at night. I asked Tom if my order could be shipped as soon as possible as Eddie was in need of an upgrade, his old wheel was too small (it came with the cage). My order came in just two days! Not only did the Rosehip Salad go down a treat, Tom included some Dried Parsnip Flakes which was really kind. So yeah just a big thank you! If anyone is thinking about upgrading their wheel, I highly recommend one of Tom's Silent Runners.
